The action plan against mental health problems, addiction, and suicide.

To change how you feel, change how you live

Students are facing tests that we aren’t giving them the answers to.

Have you given them a plan to overcome the problems of life?

By 2030, the World Health Organization predicts depression will be the leading cause of disability worldwide.

There’s a way out.
As educators we must learn it, live it, and show them the way.

Adam Lee Reid is an author, speaker, and facilitator who helps others live better and love more. Adam has worked with educators across the state of Kentucky. With every strategy he teaches taking less than five minutes a day, his action plan can be worked into even the busiest schedule. Teachers and students will see the benefits starting day 1.

If her Daddy can do it, she can do it.

For thirteen years, Adam hid his struggles with depression and addiction. No one knew. Using his Master’s in Biology, he was secretly studying lifestyle changes to stay alive. He was almost another victim to suicide until one day he realized some things are worth more than his shame.

With the secondary stress of the profession, educators aren't immune to these issues either. By ignoring the problems in our own lives, we're teaching students to do the same.

Adam found his way back to the light. There is more than a decade of scientific research in his Action Plan. The problems are complex, but he’s made the answers simple.

Science-backed trainings giving real people real results.

Great Support Team

Adam truly cares about people. He’s helped me grow as a person and learn what it means to love myself. I struggled a lot with my self-worth. Sometimes all we need is for someone to show us what we can’t see for ourselves. And Adam did that for me. I’m not perfect and that’s ok because no one is, but I’m learning to be happy with who I am. I am truly grateful for the impact he has had on my life.

Science behind it all

No fluff or gimmicks. Everything was applicable right out the door. It will be very easy to take what I’ve learned and actually do it, now! I loved all the tips for a healthier lifestyle and the science behind it all. I think these are all things we can apply to our lives and teach our students to apply to their lives.

With a hyper focus on closing learning and opportunity gaps, our educators, students, and administrators are in a constant state of stress. Adam’s program provides science-backed, practical resources as a vehicle to meet the needs of our students and families by focusing on the health and wellness of those closest to the challenge, teachers and administrators. I highly recommend this training for all school staff as school leaders focus on creating a culture of care.
